Four-part online photo workshop with Pulitzer Prize winning photographer Deanne Fitzmaurice.  Deanne will work with you and a small group of photographers thru the process of designing, creating and presenting a photo story.  Work on an existing story or start one from scratch.  The 4 weekly sessions will feature lectures, discussion, assignment and image review.

 

PITCH

Sept 14 5 PM Pacific Time (West Coast US)

• Build a story.   What is the story you want to create?
• Pitch your story – Who is interested?  Why?
• Assignment will be given and image review

 

DEVELOP

Sept 21, 5 PM Pacific Time (West Coast US)

• Develop your story and flesh out the photos required
• Work thru the process of creating meaningful images
• Assignment will be given and image review

 

EDIT

Sept 28, 5PM Pacific Time (West Coast US)

• Collect your images.  Get to the heart of it!
• How to edit, curate and sequence your story for impact
• Assignment will be given and image review
