Using iPhoneography to Reignite Creativity!
Change the conversation at your dinner table
How great would it be to
- access your creativity anytime and anywhere?
- share high quality creative images with kids, friends, co-workers?
- enlarge your toolbox of creative image recources?
You can do all this and more when you learn to use your smartphone or tablet for creative self-expression.
Join award-winning iPhone photographer, printmaker, and educator, Meri Aaron Walker
(aka iPhoneArtGirl) to learn how to use simple, inexpensive apps to turn your iPhone or Android smartphone into a real camera and editing studio – right in your pocket. You’ll discover how to create high-quality printable images that will delight you – and the people you love. We’ll practice live with Meri and leave having turned your smartphone into a powerful tool for creative self-expression.
This evening workshop is an ideal learning environment for both novice and seasoned photographers, ages 9 to 90, who have their own late-model iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad or Android smartphone or tablet.
Participants will need to bring your own mobile device with cellular internet access or know how to access WIFI using your mobile device. You also need to know how to access your own iTunes or Google Play Store account to download a couple of apps before you arrive. (Instruction on these basic procedures will not be provided so as to maximize the time allotted for the workshop agenda.)
A list of apps will be provided upon receipt of your registration.
