Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Guests will receive detailed arrival instructions prior to check-in. Early check-in and late check-out requests may be available based on occupancy.
Adults-Oriented Property
Pink Palm Inn is an adults-oriented boutique hotel for ages 21+ designed to provide a peaceful and relaxing desert retreat atmosphere. Buyout options may be an exception to our 21+ policy.
Pool & Quiet Hours
Pink Palm Inn was designed as a relaxed and peaceful desert retreat.
To preserve the atmosphere for all guests, quiet hours are observed nightly and we kindly ask guests to be respectful of neighboring suites and shared courtyard spaces. Our quiet hours mirror Palm Springs city standards of 10pm to 9am.
Pool hours are 8am to 10pm. Additional property guidelines will be provided at check-in.
Smoking Policy
Pink Palm Inn is a non-smoking property. Smoking or vaping inside guest rooms is prohibited.
Designated outdoor smoking areas may be available.
Pet Policy
Select suites may accommodate dogs upon prior approval.
Pink Palm Inn is an intimate boutique property and pet approvals are limited to specific accommodations and must be arranged in advance.
Service animals are welcome in accordance with ADA guidelines.
Additional pet fees of $100 per stay and pet policies may apply.
Parking
Complimentary on-site parking is available for registered guests.
Parking is limited and available on a first-come basis.
Room Occupancy
Maximum occupancy limits apply to all guest suites.
Unregistered overnight guests are not permitted.
Events & Buyouts
Private events, celebrations, filming requests, and full-property buyouts may be available upon request.
To preserve the experience for all hotel guests, unauthorized parties or gatherings are not permitted without prior approval.

Cancellation Policy
