Cancellation Policy
Cancel anytime up to 48 hours before check-in, minus a 5% processing fee . For cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival, a one-night penalty will apply. If you cancel at least 30 days before your 4 PM check-in time, you’ll receive a full refund, minus a 5% processing fee. Cancellations made between 7 and 30 days before 4 PM on your check-in day will be eligible for a 50% refund, also subject to the 5% processing fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before 4 PM on your check-in day. However, if you cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before 4 PM on your check-in day, a full refund will be issued, less the 5% processing fee.

Parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis with 8 spots provided onsite.

Quiet Hours: Amplified music is not allowed outside of your hotel room. Music may not be heard at the property lines at any time of the day (that includes music coming from inside the rooms).
Night time hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. Please consider moving indoors after 10 pm. If you choose to be outside, please be considerate of the neighbors and use indoor voices. Please remember our neighborhoods are quiet, surrounded by mountains and voices can easily carry.
POOL TIME: Pool time is one of the most popular activities to enjoy in Palm Springs. Please keep voices and pool activities to a reasonable level. Continued and ongoing screaming for an extended period of time is one way to disturb the neighbors. Please be thoughtful. Pool hours are from 8AM-10PM daily.
